MOUNTAINS: The activity is carried out in a natural environment, in a beautiful place in El Penedès region (just over 1 hour from Barcelona), surrounded by pine trees, vineyards and almond trees.
FOOD: The individual sessions are combined with a diet designed to support the level of concentration, silence and well-being in the body.
SAUNA: You can enjoy 1 or 2 healthy and lovely sauna sessions (see the wooden sauna of the picture in the post Are the live fully retreats for you?’). You can also enjoy the cold water of the outdoor swimming pool during the summer.
REFLECTION: between sessions you have time to relax and reflect, being in the silence and beauty of nature. You will also have short trainings/guidelines to enhance what you want during the weekend.
